Welcome to Villa June

Villa June was built in 1998 and renovated and refurbished in 2024. The house is located in the Rose Garden in the Southwest of Cape Coral, on a dry lot with a view on a private pond. The entire living area is tiled and equipped with air conditioning.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

On an area of ​​1700 sq. ft. there are:

• Master Bedroom with its own Bathroom / Toilet and walk-in closet as well as direct access to the outside area - Kingsize Bed
• Two guest rooms - 1 Queensize bed and 2 Twinsize beds
• separate Bathroom / Toilet
• open kitchen with table bar and bar stools as well as a breakfast nook, ideal for four people
• generous dining area for up to six people
• Living room
• Laundry room with Samsung washing machine and dryer

Through the open living, kitchen and dining area you can enjoy the view of the pool area and the pond behind the villa.

In the north-facing and covered lanai is another dining area for up to six people. The outdoor area has a heated pool, sun loungers and a Weber gas grill.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, is not permitted on the property. This includes entrance, garage and porch.

No pets allowed.

On-site support

Our helpful property management will visit you on the first day after your arrival at the latest to give you a detailed briefing. They are available to you as a contact person at any time during your entire stay.

You can easily reach Villa June by rental car. The approximate travel time from Miami airport ist 2 1/2 hours, from Tampa 2 hours and from Fort Myers 45 Minutes. 

Walmart and Publix are a 10 minute drive away. There are several supermakets, banks, restaurants and pharmacies on Cape Coral Parkway.

Location and surroundings

Villa June is situated in the exclusive Rose Garden area, in the Southwest of Cape Coral. The area is surrounded by palm trees and there is little traffic. Within walking distance of Tarpon Point Village, where the Westin Hotel, Shops, Bars and Restaurants are located. The Rotary Park, which is equipped with a great children's playground and Fitness Stations is also within walking distance. The quiet area is perfect for walking and jogging.

The beach of Cape Coral can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Low season May 1st - October 31st *
Weekly price for 2 people: USD 1'750 - additional night: USD 250

High season November 1st - April 30th *
Weekly price for 2 people: USD 2'800 - additional night: USD 400

Each additional person USD 15 per night.

The prices quoted are exclusive of 6.5% sales tax and 5% tourist tax.

The minimum stay over Easter and Christmas is 14 days.

Extra cost:

Electricity costs of USD 100 per week are included in the rental price. Additional consumption is charged at USD 0.20 per kWh. This must be paid in cash on departure.

BBQ: One propane tank is included per stay.

Others:

A government photo ID of all travelers is needed for booking.

When making a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the rental price and the entire deposit are due within 10 days.
The balance of the rental price is due 4 weeks before arrival.
If you arrive less than 30 days, the total amount including the deposit must be paid immediately.

Cancellation policy:

up to 60 days before arrival 70% reimbursement of rental costs
up to 30 days before arrival 50% reimbursement of rental costs
20% reimbursement of rental costs up to 14 days before arrival
No refunds if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
